About Capital Markets Board
Recent surveys reveal that the investment community places a higher
value on IR than does the senior management at most companies.
Award-winning IROs are pushing for deeper and improved involvement
with their executives - which is one of the reasons for their
success.
And when investors and senior management equally value IR, companies
can unlock shareholder value creation.
Capital Markets Board works with companies to unlock shareholder
value creation. We do this in three ways:
-
We conduct candid investor perception studies on the real value-drivers;
-
We benchmark your business with award-winning companies on 20 Key Performance Indicators, using our proprietary Value Creation ScoreCard;
-
We catalog leading and best practices in CEO, CFO and IRO communications with investors and work with the company to implement these proven communications
Our executives have CFO, investor relations officer, board-member, chief planning officer, corporate secretary, ex-Arthur Andersen, and a 30 year track record of improving shareholder value for over 200 domestic and international public companies.

Ninety-five percent (95%) of the firm's assignments come from ongoing clients and referrals.
